Best Nut Pie
Pecan Pie by Miranda Layton
3 eggs
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
1 cup corn syrup
1 tsp vanilla
2+ cups chopped pecans plus a few whole for top
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbs flour
Place chopped pecans in pie crust
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over pie
bake at 350 for 1 hour
The secret to this recipe is lots of pecans and it is ten times better with really good vanilla ice cream on top.
